One sentence beauty advice

Do not ever eat another potato chip as long as you live.
Never eat while watching TV. Sip water.
Start drinking filtered or bottled water. No more tap water.
Cut the junk food. Provide yourself fresh fruits and vegetables to snack on.
Try to get your vitamins naturally in fruits and vegetables.
Stop drinking Cokes and diet cokes. Drink bottled water.
Wear skirts before jeans. Men like skirts
Buy a vegetable steamer and use it.


Before we start working on the outside of your skin, it is most important to work on the inside. The most important things that you can do for your appearance is exercise, rest, and diet. These things call for a change of lifestyle. Once your habits are in line with good health, you can be assured that your body, face, looks, will soon be changing for the better.

Rest

Rest is a most important part of beauty. It is so important that you get enough sleep. Lack of sleep brings darkness under the eyes and makes you feel tired and cranky. It also causes poor judgment.
If there is something which keeps you from sleeping all night, get rid of it. Make the cat or dog sleep outside or in another room. If they can't be controlled, find them another home or take them to the pound. This is war. Its you or them. You are taking control of your life! Things that you can't control might be helped by a small fan humming at your bedside or a change of addresses.

Take a power nap. A power nap is a 20 - 25 minute nap. Do this in the afternoon if you don't work or as soon as you get home from work. You must get up before sleeping 30 minutes or you will be very sleepy. The body does a mini sleep cycle of 20 minutes before it goes into deep sleep. If you awake and get up after 20 -25 minutes you will not be drowsy. Always lie on your back on a firm surface if possible . This allows the face muscles to bring the skin back into position and is very good at slowing down and stopping wrinkles. The firm surface helps your back. You may have to use an alarm clock to begin with but with time, your body will become accustomed to waking up in 25 minutes. After the power nap, you will feel refreshed and much more able to go through the evening. Your husband or boyfriend will really like it also when you get into the bed with more than sleeping on your mind!
